i've been having this problem for a very long time ,and i dont know how to get rid of this. I want to know how to clean up my skin problem. behind my neck its darker then my naturally skin its browner darker areas around my body..I've tried many things to clean it up and its just getting darker..i cant wear any thing that shows my neck or that shows any darker body part my self asteam is so not cool any more ...i cant even wear my hair up because of it and it bothers me alot..please can you find away to figure this out.....
