Please help! I have 23 years and I have problems with my fingers. At first, when I had feel cold in my fingers and toes I thought it was normal. But several days ago I have noticed that my fingers turn white. Then I knew that something is wrong. I went to doctor and he told me that I have raynaud's disease. Tell me something about it, please!

For some unknown reason the blood vessels in fingers tend to shrink and that cause the problems. You can try with massages and worming of affected areas.
