I have vey large Ovarian cyst.... is concieving easier after

Im am 20 years old. I have ovarian cysts. At the age of 15 I had a cyst that rupperted and had me sick in the hospital for 2 months.
My fiance and I are trying to have childern but have not been able to. Im afraid that I will not be able to. I am wondering if i have the surgery to remove the biggest one because I have them om both but the right side is the largest. Will that give us a greater chance of concieving?? %-) %-)
