I am 17 I had mine taken out this morning. There is alot of swelling. I looked in the back of my throat and there are big brown/whiteish bumpy looking things...this is what makes it hard for me to swallow...I really hope this is normal. It looks gross. I'm not in alot of pain yet. Looking at all of these comments I'm afraid I will be soon. :( They have me on so much medicine that I told me doctor I loved him...I also told my friend when I got home to walk like a penquin because thats what I do...I have no idea. I'm very loopy and tired but cant stay asleep for long or I feel like I can't breathe. :/
