Hi!
I am a 13 year old girl, and I weigh 180-190. I know this sounds like a lot but I am mostly made up of muscle and I am bigboned. I am also very active because I play high school softball, volleyball, basketball, and tennis for fun. All of these sports do a bunch of conditioning. I was just wondering if this was a lot, and also I forgot to mention in the beginning, I am about 5"10. Don't be afraid to say the truth because I know I need to drop a few pounds, but it is just hard when you aren't doing anything but building more muscle.
