i am 18 years and i weigh 48 kg thats about 105 pounds. I was very fat before 2 years and decreased from 58 to 48 kg in 2 year because of only dieting and I haven't done any kind of physical exercise.
But I don't have a flat stomach and have fat in thigh, chest, belly and face.
Is this normal?

How tall are you? 48 kilos definitely does sound like a weight that should make you satisfied with your looks, bu - I think you figured it out yourself, you lost 10 kilos just by dieting so that has managed to get you free of excess fat, but it has done nothing to strengthen your muscles and muscles are what, in the end, gives you flat stomach or firm thighs. There is no way of escaping the exercise and physical activity, only you need to focus on specific exercises that are designed for certain parts of your body.

I'm only 75 lb I'm 12 but I'm short the thing that makes me feel bad is that when I change in the locker room I have to suck in my stomach so that I don't look fat my legs are big when i sit down they are really big even my brother makes fun of me cuz their big. I'm starting to feel really bad about my self can anyone help??
