I lost 3 inches due to circumcision. is there any Corrective Surgery available?

I lost 3 inches after circumcision, my Dr didn't discuss the options with me and did a tight circumcision on his own accord. i know feel embarrassed when i'm with my partner. is there corrective surgery available
