Hi. I am a woman who is 32 years old and I would like to get into shape again. I am kind of fat now after delivering twins to this world. I need to start to work out, and I would be glad if you could give me advice on this. So my question is simple – how to burn maximum fat with minimum effort?

Two words: diet and running. But not just any diet, that you can read in some magazine. Go to the nutritionist and he will prescribe you a diet that is good for you. And jog a lot. Start with smaller distances and speeds. And than speed up. If you do this for two months, you will surely be in shape. I think that about covers it.
