I decided to try Couch to 5k weight loss program because my best friend has followed it and he was very satisfied. He was so amazed with the results that he wanted to send an email to the author of the program, just to say “Thanks”.
He explained me everything about it and he promised me that I will feel better and that I will have much more energy because of this program.
There is one thing that bothers me though. He always says stuff like “I feel good and I can run miles and miles”. He never talks about the weight loss he achieved and that is my priority. His weight loss for me was barely noticeable.
Do you know is this program really effective for weight loss?

I totally understand why your friend wanted to send an email to the author of the program. Couch to 5k program is one of the best things that happened in my entire life. I have accidentally found some article about it in one magazine and I immediately decided to start following it. I followed it for about a year and the results were astonishing.
Before the program I didn’t have the energy to walk half a mile so I have used the car for every single move. My belly fat was pretty big. Now, I am in perfect shape, I don’t have my belly fat anymore and I jog 3 miles almost every day. It’s like a dream for me.
Start following the program and you will lose your extra pounds for sure.

Hello there. I am not sure that Couch to 5k program is that good. One of my best friends followed it. I am not sure, but I think that my mum also followed it for some period of time. This friend of mine told me that he haven’t notice any difference.
Apparently, this program includes a special diet plan that you need to follow. He didn’t know that so he only followed regular program with exercises and stuff. He quitted the program after 2 months because of the lack of results.
You certainly need to follow that diet plan if you want to see the results.
