i started my period today which is red but very light at a off and on stage

I Stop Taking Sprintec Birth Control Pills September 3rd and also Had Unprotected Sex On The 3,12, and 23rd of september. I also had a period that started on the 5th - 10th of september They Were Normal. But on the 21st i had brownish light bleeding and the way until the 22nd then it lightened up and on the 23rd-25th i had one drop of bleeding. Well lets just say it wasnt a normal period. Then today which is oct. 9th i started my period today which is red but very light at a off and on stage i still havent gotten half of my pad filled yet. Could I Be Pregnant ?
