I sudenly have brown discharge and a bit of blood on the toilet paper

Yesterday i went to the bathroom and when i wiped my discharge was BROWN i have had discharge for over a year now. But i was totaly shocked when i checked yesterday and it was brown. 

Today i had it again, I have never had my period before.I also took a feminine wipe and kind of wiped harder and i could defenatly see some blood but not a lot.

Is it my period or should i be worried
