Why am I taking this medication? Terrazosin was prescribed while I was in the hospital and continued after I left. My blood pressure is under control and I feel it was given for that problem. They found colon cancer and removed a piece of my colon with the cancer. Had a pet scan, a year later, and it showed nothing.
