Hello, folks. I try to eat balanced food. I like to think that I eat a healthy diet. However, there is always a worry that I could have the lack of some substance. What do you think? Do I need to take any supplements in my case? I would really like to hear what you think.

Hi, there. If you really eat a healthy diet, then you shouldn’t worry a lot. Plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit are very important part of every healthy diet. Meat is also important. You shouldn’t exaggerate with any spices, fat or salt. The real question is how healthy food is that we can find in supermarkets. I am beginning to doubt in this kind of food. They all contain additives that are not healthy at all. Sometimes I think we should all pass to macrobiotic food. I hope my opinion helped you.
