Hey, I race motocross in Canada at a high level of compitition. now see I'm not the healthiest eater like I'll eat what ever when ever. I'll sit down stairs and drink a pop and chips . do you think that if I stop eating junk foods and ate healthier it would help me perform better in sports? I also work out quite a bit

Yes. The food you put in your body is fuel. Junk food will slow you down even with exercise. Eat healthy for a month and you will notice how stopping for fast food can drag you down for a day.

I have to agree here with ZekeZ,
You need to eat healthy in order for your body to be healthy. It's a simple math. :-)
