I am in my mid 20s and am quite active in sport. I eat 3 main meals a day however i feel the need to snack on junk food everyday. Can anyone pls make suggestions to alternatives or ways i can alleviate the need for junk food.

I eat almonds whenever I feel hungry and shouldn't be eating. They make me so full, for at least 2 or 3 hours. YOu should try it out.

When I crave sweets, I eat raisins......they are sweet and they do have calories,.......but at least they are healthy and you don't need to eat much to feel full.
