I wouldn't have sex yet because of laws. If you were a virgin before he inserted his penis into you and you never bleed then you are still a virgin and therefor can not be pregnant. But you should double check. There is nothing wrong with kissing after he kissed your vagina. You should just relax, have fun but don't put yourself at risk of getting in trouble by the police
