my periods have been regular every 28 days to the button ever since i was ten years old (im now 28.) i have all the signs sore/heavy breasts, crying at everything, sore lower back, ive been sick and feel sick during the day/night, im having a wee after every drink of fluid but i have had two negative pregnancy tests am i holding out all hopes that im pregnant or shall i just forget it?

Wait another few days. It can take some time for the level of hCG, the hormone the tests look for, to rise high enough to be detected. Then, use your first morning - wake up - urine for the test. It's more concentrated, darker, than your usual daytime urine so it should give you a more accurate result.
