At 14 you don't plan to intentionally impregnate a woman yet and you sound like you are going through puberty perfectly normal. So, for now, your sperm count does not matter until you want to make babies. You have lots of growing to do yet and different guys grow in different sex organs at different rates, times, and sequences. Everything sounds like your body is excellent for 14 years old. All it takes to check for sperm in your semen is a high powered microscope. Just jack off in the locker room or men's room at your high school and sneak some of your semen into a science lab, smear some of your semen on a glass slide, and look for swimming sperm. If you see any swimmers, you can make babies. Or buy a cheap microscope on ebay and look all you want in private at home.
