How can a 13 year old girl loose 2-5 pounds in one month, and keep it off?I weight 103-105 lbs, and am 5ft 1/2. You see I'm a competitive swimmer, and in August we always take a break the whole month. I'm not suppose to swim during that time because my body needs to grow my coach says. With how much I train my body takes the calories from growing so that I can burn them off while I swim. August is kind of my catch up month on growing. I want to lose weight in August...any suggestions? Are there any food that help you loose weight? Oh, and my parents can't know I'm trying to loose weight...thank you!

I say don't worry about the 2-5lbs they are nothing you are already a small person.
