I hav completed 22yrs and i started masturbating since i was 14.. i do minimum 2 times a day .. Is it normal... ? I never had sex with anyone. Please help me how to stop it as i'm not able to concentrate on other things.

My math teacher always said; It takes 18 days to start a habit & to end a habit& since you have done this since you were 14, it might be hard just try counting down to Once every two days or Once a day or twice in every 2 days. It also helps if you start a new hobby, like joining clubs or something really fun! to keep your mind off of it (:
It's completely normal! Nothing to worry about. I'm a guy and my buddies are open about this stuff...I know some of my friends do it more than 3 times a day! Crazy, but it's harmless, so why not? :D
