from a very small age my parents and relatives taught me very bad eating habits like eating too much and eating very quickly... that of course had immense consiquence when i began to grow up.. i was always a fat kid and i had a terrible childhood period.. now im in high school(9th grade) and i wanna lose weight as soon as possible to make myself healthier!!!! although i dont have any health problems my figure is ugly and my feet are starting to ache everytime i run or exersice too much... PLEASE I REALLY NEED ADVISE ABOUT HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AND HOW TO KEEP MY MIND OFF FOOD!!! i dont exercise much in the winter time mostly because i always find excuses not to because im being a little rebelious against my mum. I need quite easy steps because i will not make it if you push me too much...

Well, eat some veggies, fruit, and drink lots of water, (about 8 glasses a day) go for about a 30 min walk each day (if your feet hurt that bad try to work through the pain (if you really wanna push your self), or take a break if you need to..)
