i am 13 n weigh 450 pounds i cant fit through my door weigh i do have an eating problem heres my breakfest
5 slices of pizza
4 bowles of sugarie ceral
6 double cheeseeee burgers
and 1 quart of kool-aid with a pint of EXTRAA SUGAR!
my bf is lovign but hes 500 pounds and all we can do together is eat we cant even kiss out stomachs are to huge :-(

You are eating too many carby foods and not nearly enough veggies/fruits. Try to eat more fresh vegetables (4-5 servings) and a couple of low glycemic fruit per day. Eat small frequent meals (breakfast/snack/lunch/snack/dinner/snack) to keep your metabolism burning hot (and burning fat) and drink LOTS of water - at least 100oz per day.
cut out pop - even the diet kind.
cut out ALL of the whites - no white flour, no white rice, no white pasta.
Walk everywhere. ;-)
It will take time, but it will be worth it!
