Good habits like eating properly and exercising all play an important role in overall health.
Not washing after using the washroom not the end of the world but at school where you are often in close contact with kids that are sick washing your hands well and often is a good idea.
You must have a strong immune system and keep doing the things you are doing because whatever it is it is keeping you healthy.
