i am 16 and i am expericing sore breast, tightness in my lower abdomen as well as cramps and my lower back hurts but im only 9 days pregnant help me please has anyone felt like this.

Meg, it really isn't possible to be 9 days pregnant. Pregnancy takes time, and it takes 10-28 days to get a positive pregnancy test from the last unprotected sexual encounter. Do you mean 9 days late from your period?
As far as what you are experiencing, yes those are very common in early pregnancy. Often cramps are common throughout a pregnancy and the sore breasts continue on for awhile as well.
