I went to the ER yesterday when i woke up with a stabbing pain in my stomach. They did a urine sample and found out i was pregnant & no infections. They did an ultrasound and could not find a sac or see any baby. They saw a mass and tried to say I was having an Ectopic Pregnancy.... but when the specialist came and reviewed the results and did a pelvic exam, she said it didnt seem to be an ectopic because I wasnt in any pain from the pelvic exam. The mass turned out to be a cyst that ruptured. I have a 900hGC or Hcg , whatever its called... They are telling me that im either at the end of a miscarriage, beginning of a normal pregnancy that hasnt been detected by the US, or im in the beginning of an ectopic pregnancy. I go back tomorrow to submit some blood work, and i meet with the specialist on friday. Could I be having a normal pregnancy and still be spotting for the past few weeks. I just want answers, its driving me insane! Someone please help with some answers. Im also Oneg, so they gave me my rhogam shot, so i dont know what to think about everything... :-(

You poor girl thats a lot to go through. If you were at the end of a miscarriage your HCG would be a zero But since its at 900 then maybe your still pregnant but are having complications. I hope everything goes okay tomorrow for you. Just try and not think about it even though Im sure its hard to do that.
