I would say that 6 inches is above normal for a 13 year old. When will it stop growing? No way to tell. No matter. Six inches will get you all the pleasure you want.

It takes at least 3 to 4 years until you are done growing, depending on when you started puberty, which could be as early as 11.

Six inches is a little over the normal size. In fact, if it didn't grow any more it would still be slightly above average... so there's really nothing for you to worry about. How long until it stops is a question nobody can answer because we're all different.
