I find I have difficulty, mostly unable to ejaculate when being touched by someone other than myself, due to experiencing an extreme sensitivity only in that circumstance. I'm circumcised and can easily orgasm when self stimulating, but oral and hand stimulation by my partner only initiates an intense sensitivity, to which I feel overwhelmed and unable to climax. Is it just my focus on arousal that's affecting me, or is it a medical defect?

Hi Lotty,

It's not a defect.  You just aren't used to being touched by someone else.  Just take your time experimenting with someone, don't focus on having sex yet.  As you get more used to being touched it should help reduce the sensitivity.

Can you ejaculate by masturbating in front of your partner?  It may be related.
