Hey I need help bad and some good edvice to so hare it is my penis has all these slits in it and my testacolls have shrunk cus I used to rub them @ least I think that's y also my penis has like no more life in it and its not to broozed but a little bit its hard to stop jacking off too its like ime empty inside should I tell the dockter or should I just leave it alone and se whare it goes from thare please give me good edvice
