Hey guys... okay im 140lbs/10 stone and i really would like to get down to 9 /8 and a half! Im 5'8/172cm :) im sporty i do running footall and basketball and i sometimes go to the gym! Can someone help me with a diet plan? :D

I would strongly recommend not going on a diet. If you want to lose weight, just exercise a bit more. Eat more fruits and take plenty of water. Diets are not good for you and here is why. When you drastically change your eating habits, like with a diet, your body thinks that you actually don't have enough food to eat so it slows down your metabolism to preserve the food. This is basically our ancestor's program for survival. Also, besides slowing down your metabolism , your body will start to convert the food into fat. So after you are done with the diet, you will gain it back if not even more.
All in all, don't go on a diet. Exercise a lot more. Change your eating habits. Try to eat somewhat healthier, like fruits and vegetables. Make sure you eat breakfast every day and try not to eat after 7PM.
