When was your LMP?
When did you have sex in September?
Your doctor is estimating your last period started on September 4 based on your due date. It is an estimate only. The length of pregnancy can vary by several weeks.
Even if "all the ejaculation" came out the sperm can still remain in your vagina. It is normal for it to "come out" after sex. It also doesn't matter if it was for 5 minutes, 5 seconds, or 5 hours.
You may need a DNA test to confirm paternity.
