I wear boxer briefs and they kept riding up, my genitals felt constricted so i would adjust myself so then i felt a bump on the right side of my scrotum mid way to the bottom. when i went to check it i had pulled on my scrotum on my right side and when i looked the bump started bleeding, when i whipped it i saw a piece of hair on the tissue i had used, but then it still kept bleeding. I applied peroxide on it and it looked like an open wound to me. It didnt hurt or irritate.
As of now it still looks look an open wound. Was this an in grown hair?

I was going to ask you about any STD or STI! A hair folicle will NOT cause that! So I would advise you to go and get checked out again for any STD/STI! Just to be safe! Good luck and healht1

I made a mistake with the description....I can see see where the hair was....it looks like a follicle and its red....its doesn't look like a open zit. But I will still go get it checked
