I feel like I have a lot of pressure in my head and as a result I feel like I am having a problem with the neurotransmitters that signal pleasure to the brain. Whenever I get erect, I start to feel a bit more fullness in my head and my erection is not as strong as usual nor does it last as long. The typical pleasure is not there. I have had an MRI which showed nothing. The ENT said I may have Meniere's but that there would be no sexual correlation there with Meniere's. The ENT has put me on a diuretic. I have been to a urologist who said that my testosterone levels and all other penile functions appear to be normal. I know there is a linkg between the fullness in the head and this but I cannot determine what it is and how to alleviate the fullness in my head. Any ideas?

You might also monitor your blood pressure, during sex, anytime you're errect, or building to climax.

it's possible that your increased blood pressure can be sensed in the head, or in sinus, but with relaxation, you can beat this.

Also, Vigara works by increasing the blood pressure while restricting the outflow of blood.
So do most of these errection enhancers.

But if you're experiencing a drop in pleasure, that's entirely different and will not be affected by vigara or other such ED drugs.

I would definitely say that HBP is the case, get a docs opinion on this... I have had the same issue also if during sex you are worried about this it tends to affect how much pleasure you feel and how hard you get try a relaxation ritual before sex one that works for you.... HBP can most definitely be felt as a pressure build up in the skull consider yourself lucky that you can feel it as it a cue to to know when its time to calm down. Most people cannot feel it so they dont know to calm down til they pass out from constricted blood vessels to the brain. So in short CALM DOWN, dont worry so much, eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep, if its not a physical problem causing it then it is your worry causing it.... These steps helped me and they can help you....
