My husband and I live together for 10 years now. We have two beautiful kids and stabile marriage. First few years we had sex almost every weekend. As years were passing by my husband began withdrawing from sex. Two years ago I found out that it is because his premature ejeculation. I want to have sex with him more often. What should we do to delay ejeculation?

Problem with premature ejeculation causes gig trouble to those who like to have sex. Everyone would like to last longer. But how? There are some tips you and your husband should learn about. Sexual arousal is process that has four phases. Third of those is orgasm with ejeculation. You don’t want this phase to happen to you only three minutes after penetration. The answer to your question is extending the plateau phase. Your husband need to keep in mind that sex doesn’t happen only in penis and only during intercourse, because that kind of view is one-way ticket to uncontrolled ejeculation. During the sex both of you should breathe deeply. That would keep you relaxed and that will also improve his ejaculatory control.

Check out Ayurveda . They are of good help in restoring penile health especially due to premature ejacualtion caused by excessive maturation. Saandhha oil is a good try, but just google some remedies for yourself.
