What foods contain lot of iron? I was told that I should take 18mg of iron a day. I am little anemic. I don’t really know how I am taking with food and should I change my eating habits. Should I take an iron supplement?

Well, think that most iron you can get from meat. For example amount of 3 oz of : organ meats -7avg.mg iron; liver- 9a.m.i.; liver sausage 4-6….little less in prune juice and tomato juice, in veggies also spinach, collards, kale.
