You are a bit overweight - but height and weight aren't necesary always so tighlty connected - your body and muscle structure also play a role.

However, in average ... You are about 10 kg (about 20 pounds) overweight ... in terms of having a "healthy" body mass for a 15 year old.

The good news is that you are young, your body probably responds good to changes in eating habits and exercise and achieving desirable weight (and body image) is much much easier than for a 40- year old. 10 kg can be "easily" (there is discipline needed) managed in a period of a few months. Not in one month becasue you would be starving yourself and probably all weight that you would lose in such short period would return, and most of all - that isn't healthy ... But in a period of 3-4 months - that's totally achievable.

First tip: stop drink pop for one month. And drink water instead.
