I am 25 years old and one of more important things in my life is the way I look. While in puberty I was skinny, so I have started to exercise and have been doing some lifting. But, since the results are not as good as I expected, I have started taking Fibercon. Is it bad if you are taking Fibercon once daily?

I have had similar problems, but I must tell you that you should be more patient. With adequate exercise and discipline, you could achieve a lot. I would recommend you to find a personal coach, which would instruct you with proper exercises, especially those that build up muscle mass. I know that Fibercone is made of fibers, but I have never been a fan of this stuff.
