In general, combining medications can increase the risk of side effects and potentially dangerous interactions. Both Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) and Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine) can cause respiratory depression and sedation. Taking them together might increase the risk of these effects, leading to potentially life-threatening respiratory depression.

Have the doctor who prescribed you with Flexeril been aware that you are using Suboxone as well?
