I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend a few days ago while being on the pill for about a week and a half. Lately i have been having symptoms of what looks like may be a pregnancy...is this possible??

I am 44 and I currently pregnant with my 3 rd child . I went to the Dr and found out that I don't have a cervix. I am very high risk and am on bed rest. At 27 weeks pregnant my Dr is hoping that I can hold off until 36 weeks is that possible? What are the risk of having a premature baby at 27 weeks?
