Is major gas and bloating a common sign of early pregnancy?

I have had a tubal ligation (burned) in march 2011 after my last child. I missed my period last month, I am currently 14 days late. I have had all my usual pregnancy symptoms nausea, migraines, insomnia, increased breast size, clothes getting tighter, adversion to certain foods, abdominal pain, severe gas, diarreah and constipation (heck I know my body). Family doc says no way I could be pregnant and did urine and blood test to humor me. Urine was negative and blood test was negative but a 4 hcg. They are sending me for a vaginal ultrasound in july to see whats going on. I truly think I'm pregnant, even my husband realized this before I did. I'm concerned for a tubal pregnancy, but have gotten pregnant on the bc pill and depo shot previously so we are very fertile. I feel like it could have grew back. I'm scared cause I will be 2 months pregnant at the ultrasound if so. I don't want it to be tubal, I couldn't handle that. Please tell me I'm not going crazy I hear of so many ppl this has happened to. I never get a positive result till at least 3-4 months along so a 4 isn't low for me, but the doc thinks I don't know what I'm talking about. I live in Canada we are stuck with one doc, there are no others to get a second opinion. I also don't think tubal patients barely ever get a positive test result due to having the tubes cut. I think it messes with your system. I don't want to be one of those ppl that finds out at 7 or 8 months I was pregnant all along. Any advise would be appreciated from mom's that have had tubals. I seem to have the similar symptoms to everyone else. I had sex 25th may..but had my period a day after! However I am now 13 days late (longest I have ever had to wait) and I am gassy and very bloated, all the time, it won't seem to go down and my stomach feels a bit iffy like cramps etc. I took 2 tests about a week ago and they both came back neg. I went to the doctor and she said it is possible I could be pregnant however I have to wait till 19th this month?! Can I not take a pregnancy test sooner? This bloating is driving me crazy :-(

hi I miss my period the 13th it was supposed to been on and it's been 10 days I've been having gas I recently had a miscarriage and my period seem like it went back to normal I had a miscarriage on the 28th 3rd of September the 27th and now I am so nervous to take a pregnancy test because sometimes I would be on the train on Charlie and I would get nauseous and I would get sick and it feels like I'm about to throw up and also I've been having gas and I know that precum can get you pregnant because it contains firm and at the same time my boyfriend didn't come inside of me but we've been having sex without a condom we had sex we met in November we had sex after that the first time we had sex my period came on he use a condom but every time after that after my period went off I didn't see it ever since the 15th of last month if I'm right and it hasn't showed up yet and I am 10 days late and I am so nervous to take a test please help

I am experiencing all the same symptoms- pulling, pressure, bubbling and gas. I went off the pill July 5th, had sex the 6th and 7th- no period yet. Usually, when coming off the pill in the past, I menstruate right away. It's been roughly 2 weeks since we possibly consieved, home preg tests coming up negative. Doc appt tomorrow.

The last time I was pregnant I was having excessive gas and by that I mean horrible lol...Didn't know I was pregnant at the time but when I did get a positive my doctor asked me what symptoms I was having and I told him excessive gas and gas pains. He advised me that is a normal early pregnancy sign as your body is putting off more progesterone than normal which slows down the digestive system which will cause an increase in gas and gas pains. May not be the same for everyone though but my doctor did confirm that for me and my friend who's 2 months pregnant started off the same way too :)...

I am trying for my first child. I am 7 days post ovulation. I have gas so bad. I’ve never been like that. I am very bloated and today I felt like a punching and pulling sensation in my left side. I am also having light cramping. Any thoughts?
