1. I took a vitamin c pill every hour for 12 hours each day (for about 3days)
2. I took fresh parsley and inserted it into my vagina (as you would a tampon) before going to bed but changing it out every4 hours during the day.
3. I made parsley tea and mixed a little honey in it to make it bearable to drink. I randomly drank 2 cups throughout each day.
