Hi i am 19 and i think i started puberty i had my growth spert a few years ago and i have hair around my penis but not on it. But i have not natured any more now since then. the reason i am consered is because it only take 1 to 2 minutes for me to ejaculate. is this late pubery or something else and is there anything i can do about this? please help

You are 19? From your description you've gone through puberty.
It is normal to have hair around your penis and not on it. Some guys have some hair on the base of the shaft but not all. At 19 you are likely still developing body hair too. It usually continues into your early to mid 20's.
When you say 1-2 minutes to ejaculate. Is this by masturbating or having sex?
