My question is what kind of results have you experienced ? I want to lose 15 lbs and don't know if this is a reasonable goal!? I am currently sitting at 145 lbs and would like to get closer to 130. Also has anyone done the program while adding 2 tbsp of organic chia seeds to your diet? The reason I ask is Chia seeds are the new craze - they allow better water intake, high I'm omega fats (really high) and provide 42 % of nesasary daily value of fiber. Chia seeds are already in the products so I am very curious?
