I have an itch that is situated near the groins ,in the right part over the right testicle.It started about 4 months ago and still hasn`t ceased.Sometimes it is stronger,sometimes I forget about it for days,it is most itchy in the morning when i wake up and sometimes when it is very hot outside.I have no other problems except a discomfort in the left testicle what doctors told me was varicele that should be operated.

Well, the itch could be from excessive sweat and lack of air in the area or it could be some kind of fungus infection. Have you tried any of the anti-fungal over the counter remedies. If that doesn't help, you better see a dermatologist. Have you been shaving the area?
