I have itchy armpits but do not like to use deoderant..what are the causes of itch armpits?

Itchy armpits are often caused by a fungal infection. Fungus thrives in warm, moist areas. Since armpits sweat a lot, they thrive there.

You can try using cornstarch in the area. That will keep it very dry so the fungus won't thrive.

You can also try to go to your local health food store and use ASAP gel from American Biotech Labs. This gel kills bacteria, viruses, and fungus on the skin. Both remedies would take a few days to work.

If that doesn't work, see a dermatologist.
