Here is what my doctor says my little 2 year old has...and she has had them for 4 months now! I have been to three doctors who have said everything from yeast etc. etc. I just read up on the last diagnosis and I think this is it.....MOLLUSCUM CONTAGROSUM.
Hope this helps!

Hi! I found that Molluscum contagiosum is a relatively common viral infection of the skin that most often affects children. I also read that for people with a normal immune system, molluscum contagiosum resolves without treatment within six to 12 months, though it can sometimes take years to disappear completely. It may take longer for the condition to disappear in children whose immune systems aren't fully developed and in adults with compromised immune systems. You could try reading this https://www.steadyhealth.com/molluscum_children_t60117.html I hope this helps.
