I am 34, female. I have itchy swollen "pockets" on the soles of my feet. I used to have this reoccurring problem in middle school & high school, but it's been rare since. It has effected my feet, fingers, lips, eyelids, &/or palms in the past. Recently, it's started up again. It seems to be an allergy, but we can't figure out what it's to. My mother-in-law just suggested too much salt in my diet. Any ideas? Thanks!
