Itchy urethra, just inside the tip

If you have  tingly itchy sensation at the tip of your penis and red dots it's probably a Yeast infection. It can be an internal yeast infection or a genital. You can get it from having sex with a girl who has it or even if you have been on Antibiotics for a long time you're a good victim for it.

It's easly taken care of. You can either get medication which I would suggest or you can do some remedies like mix pure coconut oil with a few drops of white vinegar and rub it all over your infected parts. I usually to be safe rub it all over my body at night time. A close of garlic is also suggested. Take a clove of pure garlis and swollow whole with water or something. It's a great natural fungus killer.

Avoid dairy, and sweets. Chances are that if you have yeast infection your probably craving sweets cause yeast craves it. so avoid fruits, sugar soda cards grains. Try to stay on a Veg diet for a week to kill the yeast.

Avoid having sex for a week or more to make sure and both partners you and your mate should get treated or you'll get it back.

You can also take two teaspoons of coconut oil by mouth per day to help the internal yeast problem.

I started out with an itchy thigh and then red mosquito type bites on it which spread to my but and chest and then my penis got suer itchy and the more I scratched the worse it got. Specially at night!

I have the same feeling (which is very mild) inside the head of the penis. Had protected sex 4 weeks before. There is no discharge. I presume it is not STD. Could it be a urinary infection?

yeah i had the same symptoms and it was scabies to.

Similar symptoms and then the itch a month later was all over my body esp at night or hot showers.  turns out it was scabies.  Itch started in my penile canal and anus.  

Go see a doctor, if you were a girl I would say you have a yeast infection; itches until it stings, but then again guys don't normally get any side effects from being with a girl with yeast infection

I'm sure you got it figured out by now. The baby wipes are what caused the anal itching for me! OMFG it felt just as you described...absolutely horrible. Anyhow, I stopped using them and in a few days it was almost gone. I use adult wipes with no problems. Guess I know why some babies cry! This has to be devastating to an infant! What was the penis problem? Im having that now too. :(

Guys, I want you all to know that there is an answer to most of your problems. I also had the same symptoms. Discharge, itching in the tip of my penis, testicles itching. It was bad. I took antibiotics for three months but the dr could not find any hint of a STD or STI. Nothing. I knew it wasn't an STD, mainly because of how it came about with what I thought at the time was jock itch. What was happening, was that I was having an allergic reaction to the Tide washing detergent and Downy fabric softener I washed my clothes in, especially my underwear. I stopped wearing dark colored underwear, went and bought new white underwear, and washed them in All Free and Clear. Within a week, all my symptoms were gone. The reason I know this is because last week I didn't wash any of my clothes and had to wear of dark colored underwear that I had only washed in the All once. The whole day it was itching like crazy. Went home and changed underwear and the next morning it was gone. I always thought it was an allergy, either from soap or peanuts or something. So guys, I would definitely try this. It helped me.

Same symptoms here. Got an anonymous blo and go no condom and the next day started to have an itch inside the tip of penis with a constant urge to urinate. No discharge, bumps, lumps or pimples. Just the itch at times it becomes painful espcially at night enough to keep me from sleeping but during the day as well. It would last about 4 days the next few days are good. Got tested no std's sti's. Urologist gave me Zithromax, doxycycline(twice) and Bactrim. It's making me crazy don't know what to do. I've seen 2 different Urologists and my GP..nothing. Now I'm using jock itch cream in case it's fungal... I'm a week in but no change. Any help advice would be great this is going on over a year now..I want to just cut it off at this point.
