I was diagnosed with ngu two weeks ago.. they gave me antibiotics in a one dose fashion. Was told to avoid sex for atleast 7 days. While antibiotics seem to have worked, due to the fact that it no longer burns or hurts to urinate, but now I have this same itch in the tip that is relieved by pinching nd rubbing tip of penis. If anybody has any insight, I would appreciate it.

Can be prostate. There is a nerve that runs thru prostate to tip of penis. If prostate enlarged aggravates the issue.
Can also show up as itch in anus

You're crazy dude, not everyone masturbates as well doesnt sound like too many here have that problem and have a women or 5 or 6 to satisfy that urge. I have the same issue and do not use those things at all but havent had sex for years now being a single father so either it's a long lasting STDs (which there are no discharges ever but only a slight itch that always seems to be there but really do not notice it too much unless I squeeze there to itch it to see if it still is there and feel it then pretty good. Definitely do not have pin worms and nothing chemical wise (soaps etc) used consistantly enough of the same to cause for this long. Think it could be something like HPV or something along those lines. My X from 6 years ago did test positive for HPV and ghoneria (crazy I know, from HER X who cheated all the time). Some of these will go away on their own but HPV for sure will not from what I've researched.
