I had the same problem for over 9 months. The only thing that helped me was going in door tanning and bleech bathing. I know it sounds crazy but the tanning is the only thing that killed whatever it was. Trust me. Try it. You have to go for a couple of weeks but trust me it works. P.s be careful because I may be contagious. Mine went away but 3 other people close to me got it too. Same exact thing.

P.s only use a stand up tanning booth. Don't use a lay down bed. You do t want to spread it to someone else.

Same prob sounds crazy soak in a nice hot bath that rap it with a moist cloth then relax dont scrach because you only make it worst us a little vasaline and keep wraped and keep bandages clean us vasaline only when chapped or chafed skin

I'm not a doctor,but it may be worth a shot after a long hot bath,which I'm sure you tried,cover some of the bites in Neosporin or Vaseline,see if it has a result,if a bug may another it,and help identify what's happening
