OK, we all know the story. They doctors can't figure it out and we all have similar stories.
Here's what I'm hoping for with this post:
Age and gender
How long you've suffered
What symptoms you have
List what you've been diagnosed, if anything
Organs removed, if any
What tests you've had done and the results
What you know you DON'T have for sure
What your own research has come up with or what doctor's have suggested
Here's what I hope NOT to see on here:
The doc says it's psychological or from stress (I've been there with them and will throw my computer across the room hearing it one more time)
The possibility of IBS. IBS stands for I'm Basically Stumped (even my GI admitted that's what they tell you when they can't figure it out and give you stuff for it hoping you'll go away)
To tell me I HAVE something (you don't know if I have it. It may be a possibility but not a definite)
Telling everyone, including myself, you have the same symptoms yet have not other suggestions. Sorry to hear that you're in pain like me, but I don't need anyone to commiserate with me, I need suggestions. It is also more productive for everyone trying to figure this out to get as many suggestions as possible.
Here is what I'm going through following these same "rules":
Age: 37 Female
Suffered for 10 years. Started off slow and getting worse
Here are my symptoms:
constant nausea, whether I eat or not (Imagine stomach flu 24/7, but not puking)
some pressure in stomach
pain an inch above belly button towards right. Feels like I got punched right there all the time now
Not constipated or I don't have diarrhea- bowel movements DON'T relieve symptoms
belching even if I don't eat- helps a bit with pressure in stomach
gas more than normal- doesn't help relieve pain
hard time swallowing food (gets stuck, even liquids at times)
choking feeling (at times)
Worse at night to the point I can't sleep because I'm waiting to hurl
Eyes feel like they're going to pop out of my head
Cold hands and feet
losing weight- not over weight at all and can't keep weight on
Medications prescribed:
Phenergan- doesn't help with pain, some with nausea (no longer taking)
Zofran- doesn't help with pain, some with nausea (4mg-8mg every 6 hours or as needed)
diagnosed:
dx Celiac year Dec 2002 been gluten free ever since with NO cheating
dx Gastroparesis Dec 2003 (NOT diabetic)
Lactose intolerant (not diagnosed by doctor, just by eating dairy and getting cramps then bowel problems)
Organs removed:
Uterus March 2001
Gallbladder March 2001
Tests done, within the last year for resent accuracy and the results:
Blood tests:
Liver enzymes- normal
Pancreas enzymes- normal
glucose tolerance- normal (I also check my blood sugar daily with my own home meter)
white count- normal
red count- normal
Vitamin B-12- normal
Vitamin D- low
Vitamin E- normal
Calcium- normal
CT scan- normal
Endo scope- normal
Colonoscopy- normal
Barium test- normal
Food allergy- allergic to rice and that's it
Blood pressure is normal to low
Rheumatoid blood tests- normal
DON'T have for sure:
Diabetes
Crohn's
Diverticulitis
IBS (remember, don't tell me I have it...computers are expensive!)
IBD
Cirrhosis
Hepatitis A, B, C, or D (I don't have E-Z either)
Gallstones (no gallbladder)
Pregnant (no uterus)
GERD
Ulcers
H-Pylori
Yeast overgrowth
Bacteria or infection from Bacteria
Stomach Flu
Stomach Cancer
Colon Cancer
Lupus
Research I've come up with or what doctor's have suggested:
Suspect and am going to seek medical attention on possible
Chronic Pancreatitis (I've heard that enzymes can be normal, but you have this)- this can explain pain, weight loss, nausea
Epigastric Hernia (explains pain by belly button)- can explain pain and nausea
Let's all figure this out!

Not sure your gonna get any responses being as demanding as you are with what people are "allowed" to respond with and what "you don't want to see" as a response. Then you said you don't want people to say you "may" have something" and then in your next paragraph you say that you will take suggestions, but people not suggesting that what they have you may have.
Your post makes no sense to me. Either you want help or you don't, and from what I am reading, you seem to have your own stance on your health and aren't willing to accept much in response to your "lets all figure it out".
Good luck on this one!

Ask about Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction. I had exact same symptoms plus more over time. Went misdiagnosed/undiagnosed for years before I almost died a Dr. figured it out. ALL BLOOD TESTS AND CT SCANS AND X RAYS AND MRI'S AND OTHER TESTS CAME BACK NORMAL OR NEGATIVE, I REPEAT ALL TEST CAME BACK NORMAL OR NEGATIVE. The only test that showed my urgent problem was an ERCP with Monometry. They cut and stented while they were in there cause the test found the problem. Just trying to help. God Bless.
